Shipping Schedule
In stock warehouse orders: Trees and Stands/ generally ship out from the warehouse in Michigan (49637) 1-3 days after your order is placed. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
In stock shipment from a supplier: allow 7 days for order processing and 7-10 days for delivery unless you complete the payment for expedited shipping. In stock shipments from Pittsburgh:
Ornaments and Family Life Products/ allow 1-3 days for processing and 7-10 days for delivery unless you complete the payment for expedited shipping.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico, and
Guam or US Territory: The bulk of shipping to these states / territories is done by United States Postal Service or DHL. Please allow 3 days for processing and 7-21 days for Priority Mail receipt - especially to remote locations in Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. Expedited shipping is available and recommended for orders placed five days or less before a holiday. -
Hawaii and Alaska:
we do not ship by parcel post anymore. Select UPS Ground or expedited or
USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and Guam or US
Territory. -
Insurance and a signature will be required.
Shipping to International Destinations: Sorry!
No international shipping after November 13. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and
60-90 days for receipt - especially with parcel post shipping to the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia,
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam.
UPS, FedEx, and DHL service these international locations. We will ship via these carriers only if you are using your own carrier account. Otherwise, it will be shipped by USPS Global International or Global parcel post. Expedited international shipping is available and recommended for Christmas orders placed after 11/01 (November 1st.)
Military Destinations:
All shipments to our brave men and women serving overseas in the military
must go by the United States Post Office. We have information
regarding sending packages to the military
on our site. It includes
mailing dates and tips for addressing military parcels. The price/cost for
shipping must be obtained from the
post
office website.

Christmas Holiday Schedule: We will be closed for all but emergencies after 5 pm close of business December 19th until January 22, 2007. During that time, orders placed on our website for in stock items will be processed and e-mails will be answered. But, the phone will not be manned. Please use our

under 100 ornaments for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Large orders (50 ornaments or more) placed hereafter are subject to available
stock and may incur additional charges for expedited
handling and shipping.
December 20 - January 20
— KCIC will be closed for Christmas
through the New Year. E-mail and voice mail is checked at least twice a day
except Christmas eve, Christmas day and New Years eve and New Years day. If you

None of the carriers that we use (UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx) will guarantee Christmas delivery on any order shipped by the above methods after the above dates.
