We know you will be careful handling
your fine quality collectible ornament. However, accidents do happen.
And if they do, your porcelain ornament is covered by an unlimited
lifetime free replacement guarantee. Your glass ornament is covered by
a two year unlimited free replacement guarantee.
To prevent breakage or
chipping of your porcelain or glass ornaments you must keep your ornaments in the
storage box we supply. We will gladly replace
any ornament, owned by a registered KCIC ornament owner, that was
properly stored in the original Indestructo box supplied with the
ornament. Please note: There is no
replacement guarantee, refurbishing coverage or warranty
protection on any of our ornaments if they are stored in any other box.
To claim a replacement for the broken
ornament you must be a registered KCIC
ornament owner. If you did not return the Registration Card
included with your ornament, complete and enclose it with the broken
ornament. You can register your ornament here.
Or, have the ornament and/or Certificate of Authenticity with the
registration number on it when you call us.
DAMAGE IN
SHIPMENT
KCIC Ornaments are carefully
packed inside of an Indestructo storage box rated by the manufacturer
to be crush resistant up to 200 lbs of pressure. The tissue and
crinkled shred around the ornament and the small gift box in which the
ornament itself is packed, provide
additional cushioning. Therefore, breakage in transit is
rare.
If you have a
damage return, complete the following steps: (1) Call
1.888.539.2884
immediately (or within
2 days of receipt) to
report damaged merchandise and obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Returns without prior authorization will not be
accepted. (2) Return the broken item(s) in their original Indestructo storage box.
We will replace the
broken ornament at no charge, from active stock. In the event your
ornament is out of stock, we will send it when stock becomes
available. If the ornament is retired, you can select a
product of equal value. There will be no additional charge for
shipping the ornament back to you.
